What are your operating hours?

Enquiries will be¬†replied from Monday ‚Äď Friday from 10am ‚Äď 7pm,¬†Weekends 10am ‚Äď 2pm. Please give us some time to get back to your enquiries.

Where are you located?

For purchase & online bookings, self-collection point is at AMK area (5 mins away from Amk mrt). Due to Covid19, we are ceasing all self collection options, do opt for courier for a fuss free contactless transaction


Purchase - Orders & Payment

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard debit or credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

To ensure your order is processed smoothly, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after payment is made. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order (non helium product)?

An order email will be sent to you once you've placed an order with us & payment made. All items will be dispatched in 2-3 working days via the shipping option you've selected. 
If you have opted for self-collection, all orders placed before 7pm will be available for pickup the following working day. 

What if I have an incorrect item in my order?

Please email us at and we’ll process an exchange for the incorrect item immediately. In the event that stocks are no longer available, store credits/refunds will be issued.


Purchase - Exchanges/Returns

Do you accept exchanges?

Note: Balloons are strictly non exchangeable or returnable

We only accept exchanges if it meets the following conditions:

-Defective Item Received
-Incorrect Item Received

a. Please email us at within 2 working days of receiving the item(s) and we’ll process an exchange for the faulty item immediately. Do indicate in the email with relevant pictures of the defect.

b. Once a return is approved. Customers will be required to mail the defected item(s) out to us within 7 working days. Please wait for return approval before mailing the item(s) back to us. 

c. Exchanges will be handled strictly by mail only. Meet-ups will not be adhered to.

d. Any item must be returned in original conditions and packaging without stains. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (delivery fees applicable). We reserve the rights to reject an exchange if it is not in its original conditions.

e. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns and only exchange of items as per the conditions stated above.

Will I be reimbursed for the postage fees for exchange? 

We will reimburse postage fees if the returns are for defective items. Please wait for further instructions and do not mail out the item before the exchange is approved.

What is not considered defective item?

a. Color Difference: Due to different monitor and camera settings, colour of products may differ. As such, the variances in colours are not classify as defects.

b. Deliberate Damage: Deliberate damage is done to the item in order to make item eligible for exchange. Eg: Pen or pencil mark, stains such as coffee, food or cigarette stains, hole created deliberately, water stains etc.


Balloon Purchase

Personalised balloons instructions

- For 24" bubble balloons, a design draft will be emailed/whatsapp to you based on your request, only 1x font amendment & 1x minor placement amendment are allowed. 

- As we take pride & time into curating & designing every order, an additional charge of $5 will be rendered should there be more than 2 amendments or major amendments required.

- If you have any specific instructions e.g specific design/font, please fill up the 'order notes' accordingly to speed up the work process.

When should I place an order for my balloons?

Do place your orders 1-2 weeks in advance to provide ample time for to and fro communication exchange, this is also to ensure that you can get the desired outcome you have requested for.
Note: For last minute orders, design draft will not be provided due to time constraint

How long can the balloons last?

In general, please refer to this as guideline:
Bubble balloons - 3-7 days depending on design requested

Latex balloons - 8-10 hours or up to 20 hours with extension fluid
Foil balloons - 24 hours 

How should I care for my balloons?

For maximum enjoyment, keep your balloons:
away from sharp or rough objects,
away from any source of heat,
away from static,
in an even temperature and indoors. 

Can you do last min balloon request?

We would love to cater to your request however we might only be able to do subjected to our order schedule availability. As custom products require designing work, it might not be ideal to rush the process.
You can place an order for non customised products (eg confetti balloon set) and we can do same day free delivery for you according to the timeslots.

Helium/Giftset Products Purchase - Delivery

How much is helium balloon delivery?

Our balloons are delivered to you for free unless otherwise stated
With this free service, we have 2 slots for you to choose from
Delivery timeslots:
10am - 1pm 
2pm - 5pm 

What time will I receive my order?

You will receive your order based on the timeslot you selected. All orders will be sent during that timeframe, please ensure someone is available to receive the items on your behalf.
Drivers will have to plan their route, they are unable to tell you when will they arrive

**Note: in the event no one is around to receive the item, your item will be placed outside of the location. if you reject the delivery, there will be a redelivery fee of $25 to get your items redelivered

What if I require a specific delivery timeslot?

As we are extending this service for free, unfortunately we are unable to cater to specific timeslot request.
In the event where you require delivery by certain time, there will be a top up fee of $15.
Timing to reach you will be +/-45 mins due to traffic circumstances

Can I order for delivery to be before 10am?

Unfortunately not, we are unable to cater to that at the moment.

Where do you deliver to?

Our free delivery service extends to all parts of Singapore except the following restricted areas:
Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Brani Terminal Avenue
Jurong Island, Khusu Island, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Busing, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Sebarok, Pulau Ubin, Rifle Range, St John Island, Penjuru, Tuas Island
Any Military and Government bases, that requires clearance.

Do you deliver to hotels or restaurants?

For balloon deliveries to locations e.g hotel, restaurants, malls, it will be handed over at lobby or drop off area only, please ensure someone is around to get the item or you've informed the reception will collect on your behalf. In the event, no one is able to receive it, the delivery company will return the item to us.
A redelivery fee of $25 will be charged to you to get the items redelivered.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Unfortunately due to Covid19, we are unable to deliver to any hospitals even to lobby area due to many restrictions

Can I get someone to self-collect on my behalf?

Yes, of course. Do ask the collector to bring along the collection slip or order number for verification purpose. We reserve the right to hold back the items should you fail to show proof.

Can I amend the delivery/self-collection timing?

Please email us 24 hours in advance should you wish to change the timing. Do note that it is subjected to availability & we will revert on whether the slot is available via email.

Orders will take 4-6 working days to reach you

Standard Courier (Trackable, Delivered to doorstep)
Orders will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link & tracking number will be provided to you upon request for standard courier option. No tracking is provided for normal mail.
